The house I first showed in 2014

In 2014, when Marquee Properties became part of my business, 1421 Reynolds Street was one of the listings that came with it. It was a mid-century house built in 1958, with three bedrooms, one bathroom, small rooms and low ceilings. It had plenty of character, a nice yard and a location two blocks from the beach. I began showing it to buyers. The more time I spent there, the more I could see what the house could become. There was a very different home waiting inside that floor plan, and I found myself describing it at showing after showing.
