Scott Forman is the Broker/Owner and Principal Broker of Royal Palms Realty, a boutique Key West real estate brokerage focused on luxury and ultra-luxury properties. His real estate career has roots in the waterfront market: the first real estate transaction he negotiated involved waterfront property owned by his family in the Hamptons. He entered the Key West real estate industry in 2001 and has since built a career spanning hundreds of millions of dollars in sales.
Scott is a former Key West Realtor of the Year and currently serves as MLS Chairman and a board member of the Key West Association of REALTORS®. He works directly with buyers and sellers across Key West, including Old Town, Casa Marina, Truman Annex, The Meadows, Midtown, New Town, and the island’s waterfront market.
Royal Palms Realty is intentionally boutique. Scott works with a limited number of clients at a time so each buyer and seller receives direct broker-level attention, detailed property analysis, discreet negotiation, and hands-on guidance from the first conversation through closing.

Scott’s real estate career has roots in the luxury waterfront market. Raised in the Hamptons, the first real estate transaction he ever negotiated involved waterfront property owned by his family there. That experience began a career-long understanding of significant properties and of the expectations, discretion, detail, and personal attention that luxury and ultra-luxury clients require.
Before relocating to Key West and entering the real estate industry in 2001, Scott worked as a sound engineer and music producer at The Hit Factory in New York City, where he worked with music legends including Stevie Wonder and Miles Davis.
Today he’s the owner and Principal Broker of Royal Palms Realty, and one of the foremost experts in luxury real estate in the Florida Keys — named Key West’s Former Realtor of the Year. In 2014, he was chosen to take over Marquis Properties as the two top luxury boutique companies merged to form Royal Palms Realty, with the combined firms going on to record hundreds of millions of dollars in sales with just two luxury agents. He currently serves as MLS Chairman and Board Member of the Key West Association of REALTORS. His passion is providing personalized service and creating the best possible experience for every luxury buyer and seller he works with.
