Check My Home for Open Permits

Choose the building department responsible for your property. The City of Key West and unincorporated Monroe County maintain separate permit records. Search by address, parcel ID or permit number, as supported by the official portal.

City of Key West

For properties inside Key West city limits, use the city's public eTRAKiT building-permit search. Review permits and their recorded status.

Search Key West Permits

Unincorporated Monroe County

For properties outside incorporated city limits, use the county's online permitting tools. Select “Explore Your County” or parcel search for active permits, and consult MCeSearch for older permit records.

Search Monroe County Permits

An online search may not display every historical record, code issue or final inspection. For an actual transaction, confirm permit closure and outstanding obligations with the relevant building department, title company or qualified search provider. Royal Palms Realty does not certify permit status.
